If you have placed everything in it's folder,

you can start :-)

 

1. Open a new transparent image of 500 x 400 pixels.

Set your foreground color to #64874f.

Set your background color to #1d360e.

Set your foreground to gradient "Foreground-background - with these settings:

Flood fill your working image with it.

Activate your Freehand selection - Point to point - Add (Shift) - Feather 0.

Draw a selection around the flat part - see image below:

Effects - Texture effects - Blinds - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

2. Copy tube "LostIsland".

Past as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 65%.

 Place it in the lower left corner.

Erase carefully everything that comes over the right hand.

3. Copy tube "WaterWomen".

Past as a new layer on your working image.

Image - Resize - 80%.

Place her on the left side.

4. Layers - New raster layer.

Selections - Select all.

Flood fill the selection with the following gradient:

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - with these settings:

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Flood fill with your background color.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 10 pixels.

Flood fill with your gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - same settings.

Selections - Modify - Contract - 2 pixels.

Hit the delete button.

Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

5. Activate your Preset shapes - Rectangle - Line style "Point"- Width 3.

Set your foreground to color - close your background color.

Draw a rectangular line in the dark part of the frame, so the points are nicely in the middle.

If not successful, then activate your pen tool (or your distortion tool) to pulling by a bit.

Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - same settings.

6. Copy tube "Stripes".

Past as a new layer on your working image.

Place it as you like.

Add your watermark or name on your crea and you're done :-)
